Job summary

Community Health Choice, Inc. seeks a Provider Engagement Manager to build and maintain partnerships with providers, physicians, and facilities. This role provides field-based support and education on new initiatives, access, prior authorizations, claims issues, and the Provider Portal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3 years of provider engagement, provider account management, provider contracting, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience in an MCO/health plan environment and travel about 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Community partners interfacing with the provider practice and staff.
• Educate providers with initial and ongoing materials, orientation, manuals, and guides.
• Lead practice transformation and improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes (cost, quality, satisfaction, HEDIS/STARS).
• Deliver operational reports and scorecards using data to drive remediation and improvements.
• Perform other duties to support the department and organization.
