Alignment Health is seeking a proactive Provider Engagement Specialist to support and strengthen our provider network in Merced and Stanislaus Counties. This field-based role emphasizes building partnerships with physician practices, improving performance, and navigating Alignment Health programs and resources.

You will lead onboarding, deliver education, and collaborate with providers to enhance quality measures, AWVs, and care coordination while traveling up to 80% with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of provider relations or network development experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time within Merced and Stanislaus Counties.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and office staff.
• Lead provider onboarding and education on Alignment Health programs.
• Support network expansion through contracting, recruitment, and credentialing.
• Maintain provider engagement records and reports.
