Job summary

Community Health Choice, Inc. is seeking a Provider Engagement Manager to build and sustain partnerships with providers, physicians, and facilities. This role provides field-based support and education on new initiatives, access and availability, prior authorizations, claims issues, and the Community Portal.

It owns an assigned provider portfolio and supports education, issue follow-up, and practice information accuracy. The position requires travel approx.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or Healthcare Administration.
• Three years of provider engagement, provider account management, provider contracting, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience in a Managed Care Organization or health plan environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and web-based technologies.
• Salesforce and QNXT proficiency.
• Travel approximately 75% of the time; access to a vehicle and Texas driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with fee-for-service, capitation, global budget, performance-based compensation, and episode-of-care payment methods.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with providers, physicians, and facilities.
• Serve as primary contact for Community partners interacting with provider practices.
• Lead post-recruitment phase of the practice cycle and support initiative implementations.
• Provide field-based and telephonic education on operational topics and care model elements.
• Establish regular meetings with provider practices to support transformation and improvement activities.
• Deliver reports and scorecards to providers and identify remediation opportunities.
