Job summary

Derby Towing LLC is seeking a motivated Private Property Account Manager to grow and manage private property towing accounts in the Louisville area.

This field-based role focuses on developing long-term relationships with apartment communities, property management companies, shopping centers, businesses, HOAs, and other commercial properties. You will identify potential properties, meet managers, present services, and set up and maintain accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or business development preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Professional and confident speaking with business owners.
• Willing to work in the field and independently.
• Own reliable vehicle and personal cell phone; fuel allowance provided.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective properties and meet with property managers, owners, and other decision-makers.
• Perform basic property and parking assessments to identify parking enforcement needs.
• Present Derby Towing’s Private Property Impound (PPI) services.
• Develop new property accounts and assist with completing towing agreements.
• Coordinate account setup, signage, property rules, and authorized towing procedures.
• Maintain regular communication with existing accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for property managers regarding towing and parking concerns.
• Follow up with prospective accounts and maintain organized records of contacts and leads.
• Build relationships with property management companies to develop additional locations.
• Work closely with Derby Towing management and dispatch to ensure accounts receive dependable service.
• Compensation: Base pay plus performance incentives, including $75 for each new property account contracted and activated, along with a fuel allowance.
