Headstart Health is seeking a Physician & Community Outreach Representative in Dallas to lead grassroots referral development. The role is field-based, requiring in-person outreach to pediatricians, therapists, schools, and community organizations.

You will build trust, create long-term partnerships, and drive client growth for our providers. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in physician liaison or healthcare outreach, exceptional communication, and a proactive, autonomous approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in physician liaison, healthcare outreach, community relations, or related field.
• Proven success generating referrals or building partnerships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working independently in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships throughout Dallas.
• Conduct consistent in-person outreach to referral sources and community organizations.
• Represent Headstart Health at networking events and provider meetings.
• Develop relationships with pediatricians, therapists, schools, social workers, and community groups.
• Lead generation and referral growth with ownership of goals.
• Track outreach activity and referral performance; maintain follow-up.
