Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Clinician Liaison to drive referral volumes by connecting with primary and specialty care providers in the Dallas market. The role focuses on in-person field visits about 3 days per week with two days remote, building strong partnerships to support LifeStance clinicians.

You will work with the National Business Development Director and operations teams to grow referrals, maintain relationships, and ensure excellent service delivery across LifeStance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
• 1–2 years of marketing, sales, and/or business development experience
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proactive self-starter able to meet goals and metrics
• Experience using Salesforce to document visits and manage book of business

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with primary and specialty care providers to drive referral volume
• Create high-impact call plans to drive patient volume through progressive selling
• Plan and conduct frequent in-person visits to offices and hospital discharge planners
• Serve as knowledge expert on LifeStance services to help refer patients
• Coordinate with operations to increase local touchpoints with referral partners
• Attend conferences and marketing opportunities as needed
• Expand referral networks by engaging senior leaders in care groups
• Maintain high integrity and compliance with policies and laws
