You will work closely with clinical and sales teams to prioritize high-impact patient interventions, support field operations, and manage documentation recovery in a travel-intensive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with reauthorization workflows in healthcare settings.
• Comfort with coordinating field activities across clinics and physician offices.
• Ability to plan daily routes and prioritize high-impact patient documentation.
• Strong communication with providers, patients, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Obtain re-authorization documentation for ongoing coverage of DME.
• Review and secure required compliance docs, med records, and prescriptions.
• Assist patients through the re-authorization process.
• Coordinate with Sales and Clinical teams to support re-authorization tasks.
• Track and manage pending re-authorization items daily.
• Assist with appeals for denied re-authorizations.
