Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare or life sciences experience.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven track record with provider organizations and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in evolving, uncertain environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness for product treatment sites.
• Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders.
• Ensure treatment sites have operational capabilities for end-to-end journey.
• Serve as product operational SME for assigned sites and address issues.
• Act as primary contact for operational issues across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to ensure compliant engagement.
• Build relationships with site leaders and provide reliable operational support.
• Use data and dashboards to assess site metrics and identify improvements.
• Synthesize feedback to improve HQ communications and workflows.
