Merck seeks a field-based Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead to educate and support treatment sites from onboarding through ordered workflow execution and steady-state operations. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable end-to-end site execution and issue resolution across AL, MS, and TN.

The role emphasizes operational and process support, not clinical treatment, with travel up to ~50% and residence in the Mid-South geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare or life sciences experience including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven track record with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites, educating on workflows, system setup, and operational requirements.
• Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources.
• Ensure treatment sites have operational capabilities for end-to-end treatment journey execution.
• Act as the product operational subject matter expert for assigned sites and support processes, operations, and logistics.
