Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Oncology Clinical Educator for the Northeast Overlay, a field-based role guiding non-physician patient care teams through education on hematology/oncology medicines. You will build education plans, train clinicians, and collaborate with the Hematology OCE team.
Requires 8+ years oncology clinical/educational experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, and willingness to travel ~70%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of work experience required.
- ~2+ years post graduate oncology clinical and/or educational experience is required.
- ~ Experience with Oncology and/or Hematology products required.
- ~ Ability to navigate and discuss complex clinical data.
- ~ Ability to analyze clinical insights to shape local education strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build external relationships with PCTS (RN, NP, PA, Pharm).
- Develop and maintain a strategic territory plan meeting customer educational needs.
- Teach external stakeholders on infusion processes for new cancer medications.
- Document and share PCT clinical insights from engagements across sessions and meetings.
- Shape local education strategy using clinical insights for strategic account plans.
