Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Oncology Clinical Educator, Hematology – Northeast Overlay, a field-based role covering the Northeast Territory. You will provide clinical education to PCTs, nurses, pharmacists, and other providers to support oncology products and patient care.

You will develop and execute territory education plans, engage with national and regional meetings, and collaborate with the Hematology OCE team to drive education strategy and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of work experience in healthcare or pharma.
• 2+ years post-graduate oncology clinical/educational experience.
• Experience with Oncology and/or Hematology products.
• Ability to analyze complex clinical data and build education plans.
• Willingness to travel ~70% and reside near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Build external relationships with PCTs (RN, NP, PA, Pharm) and develop territory education plans.
• Educate external stakeholders on infusion processes for new cancer medications.
• Present clinical information at national, regional, and local meetings and events.
• Document clinical insights and customer interactions to inform education strategy.
• Collaborate with supervisors to implement development plans and track progress.
• Provide regional support to sales training and clinical competency initiatives.
