Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks an Oncology Clinical Educator for the Northeast Overlay. This field-based role educates PCTs on hematology/oncology therapies, develops territory education plans, and collaborates with Oncology teams to support clinical training and resources.

Responsibilities include delivering presentations, collecting insights from engagements, and ensuring compliance while traveling ~70% to meet customers across the Northeast territory.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of work experience required.
• 2+ years post graduate oncology clinical and/or educational experience required.
• Experience with Oncology and/or Hematology products required.
• Ability to navigate and discuss complex clinical data.
• Ability to build comprehensive account educational plans.
• Strong teamwork focus with ability to compliantly navigate field partner complexities.
• Above average computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Requires travel of approximately 70% depending on geography.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must live in the territory or relocate near a major airport.

Aufgaben

• Building external relationships with PCTS (RN, NP, PA, Pharm).
• Developing and maintain a strategic territory plan that meet customer educational needs and clinical challenges.
• Mastering all aspects of the clinical and administrative profile of a new cancer medications.
• Teaching external stakeholders on the infusion process for new cancer medications.
• Document and share PCT clinical insights from engagements at accounts and meetings.
• Shape local education strategy and build strategic account educational plans.
• Present clinical information at national, regional and local meetings.
• Develop and document performance and development plans with supervisor.
• Participate in projects and perform administrative tasks timely and accurately.
• Support regional and local sales training initiatives and clinical competencies.
• Collaborate across functions for Oncology business needs and compliance.
• Document interactions and insights daily according to policy.
