Penumbra, a leading MedTech company, invites a Territory Manager Neurovascular to grow the region by expanding existing accounts and winning new business. You will own the territory end-to-end and work with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience in neurovascular or related specialties preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth through new business and account expansion.
• Own full territory management including strategy and revenue.
• Build clinical relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Learn customer needs via lab time and visits.
• Support product adoption with training and demonstrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute go-to-market plans.
