Job summary

Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, is seeking an Executive Territory Manager to manage Neurovascular products across a territory. This field-based role requires residency in territory, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel extensively to accounts and regional meetings.

You will develop clinical and administrative relationships, execute market development plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet annual sales objectives while upholding AdvaMed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years experience, or an Associate’s Degree with 8+ years experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years experience.
• Relevant experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance required; travel approx. 50% within territory and possibly overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Medtronic's Neurovascular products within assigned geographic area to meet sales targets.
• Achieve territory objectives annually in line with business strategy and compensation plan.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with stakeholders including key opinion leaders and medical associations.
• Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits of Neurovascular products.
• Collaborate across internal teams to address trends and support business goals.
• Conduct market research and develop market development plans as needed.
