Job summary

Penumbra is seeking a Territory Manager Neurovascular to drive commercial success across neurovascular specialties in the United Kingdom. You will expand existing accounts and acquire new business while acting as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

This field-based role requires strong clinical engagement, commercial acumen and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
  • Experience in neurovascular, neurosurgery, interventional radiology or related fields preferred; broader vascular, endovascular, or cardiology experience considered.

Responsibilities

  • Drive territory growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts in neurovascular specialties.
  • Own full territory management including account strategy, segmentation, forecasting, and revenue responsibility.
  • Build and maintain strong clinical relationships, including KOL engagement and regular customer interaction.
  • Develop understanding of customer needs through regular time in the lab, planned visits, and market observation.
  • Support product adoption through training, product demonstrations and clinical education.
  • Position products within pricing and reimbursement frameworks to optimize commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, and internal stakeholders to execute go-to-market plans.

As a TerritoryManagerNeurovascular, you will drive commercial success in your region by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new business across neurovascular specialties. You own your territory end-to-end and act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, supporting them in delivering the best possible patient outcomes.

This is a field-based role requiring strong clinical engagement, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.

Your Tasks include:

  • Drive territory growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts in neurovascular specialties
  • Own full territory management including account strategy, segmentation, forecasting, and revenue responsibility

  • Experience in neurovascular, neurosurgery, interventional radiology, or related specialties preferred; broader vascular, endovascular, or cardiology experience will also be considered
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing existing and new accounts
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, clinical applications, and procedural environments
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and successfully manage a field-based territory
  • Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented approach with a high level of energy and initiative
  • Valid driver’s license
