Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related area of study from an accredited university.
• Two years of experience working with the homeless population and/or persons struggling with severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance misuse disorders.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide assistance with financial support, supportive housing, and transportation.
• Serve in a field-based position, working in the community.
