Eminence Home Care is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team and nurture a growing referral network across Essex County. You will balance administrative duties with outreach to hospitals, rehabs, social workers, and community organizations, ensuring consistent follow-up and high-quality communication.

The ideal candidate thrives in field settings, builds rapport quickly, and is highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or healthcare marketing preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Essex County.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts.
• Professional, reliable with strong follow-through.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with existing referral sources such as hospitals, rehabs, and social services.
• Conduct routine field visits to support and value referral partners.
• Assist Senior Marketer in managing a high volume of accounts across designated territories.
• Identify new referral opportunities and expand presence in Essex County.
• Track outreach activities and referral trends using CRM or internal systems.
• Support intake and onboarding by communicating referral details to internal teams.
• Attend community events and networking opportunities to promote services.
• Deliver marketing materials, maintain inventory, and ensure brand consistency.
• Provide weekly updates on account activity, challenges, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and growth plans.
