Eminence Home Care is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our Senior Marketer and grow a network of referral sources across Essex County. The role combines relationship building with administrative duties to ensure timely follow-up and strong partner satisfaction.

The ideal candidate thrives in the field, travels within Essex County, is highly organized, and communicates effectively with hospitals, case managers, social workers, and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care, healthcare marketing, or community outreach strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Comfortable with field-based work and traveling throughout Essex County.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Professional, polished, and reliable with strong follow-through.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with referral sources.
• Conduct routine field visits to support referral partners.
• Assist the Senior Marketer in managing a high volume of accounts.
• Identify new referral opportunities and expand our Essex County presence.
• Track outreach and account performance using CRM tools or internal systems.
• Support the intake and onboarding process by communicating referral details to internal teams.
• Attend community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Deliver marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across outreach efforts.
• Provide weekly updates on account activity, challenges, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and growth plans.
