Job summary

Maya Home Care in New Jersey is seeking a dynamic Home Care Marketer to drive growth by developing strong referral sources and converting referrals into patients. This field role focuses on building relationships with SNFs, doctors' offices, and other healthcare providers to generate referrals and expand census.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare marketing experience, a proven record in referral development, and excellent communication and CRM skills.

Qualifications

Healthcare marketing experience, preferably in home care.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining referral relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with SNFs, doctor offices, and other providers to generate referrals.
Identify and cultivate new referral sources within New Jersey.
Collaborate with management to implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
Conduct regular visits to referral sources to nurture relationships.
Track and report referral activities and provide insights for improvement.
Work with care team to ensure smooth transition from referral to care.
Attend networking events and community outreach to promote Maya Home Care services.
