Job summary

Alchemy Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for a field-based life insurance sales role throughout the Savannah area. Prior insurance experience is not required, as we provide structured virtual instruction, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you learn, follow the system, and stay consistent.

Approximately 70% of the work is field-based with clients in and around your local area, and about 30% is remote for calls, video, and training.

Qualifications

• Coachable and able to act on feedback.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with commission-based sales and meeting targets.
• State license required; licensing costs explained during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their life insurance needs.
• Explain available life insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Complete applications accurately and comply with carrier requirements.
• Maintain an organized schedule and consistent weekly activity.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability.
