We provide structured virtual instruction, hands-on field coaching, and ongoing support for representatives who are willing to learn, follow the system, and work consistently. This independent contractor role offers commission-based earnings, with company-estimated first-year earnings of $80,000-$120,000+ for full-time

Qualifications

• No base salary; compensation is commission-based.
• Training combines virtual instruction with field coaching.
• A state insurance license is required before onboarding.
• Leads are provided during the first months; representatives purchase/manage their own leads later.
• Local travel with a reliable vehicle is expected.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand insurance needs.
• Explain life insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Complete applications accurately and follow carrier compliance requirements.
• Maintain an organized schedule and consistent weekly activity.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability.
