Alchemy Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for a field-based life insurance sales opportunity in the Savannah area. As an independent contractor (1099) on a commission-only plan, you will meet clients, explain products, and manage leads with training and coaching provided.

There is no base salary; earnings are commission-based and tied to performance. First-year earnings are estimated at $80,000–$120,000+ for full-time reps who meet production benchmarks and follow the system.

Qualifications

• A state life insurance license is required. Licensing requirements and any personal costs are explained before onboarding.
• Training combines virtual instruction with hands-on field coaching.
• New representatives receive help with leads during the first few months; later you purchase and manage your own leads.
• Earnings are commission-based, not guaranteed, with first-year earnings projected at $80,000–$120,000+ for full-time representatives.

Responsibilities
