Alchemy Financial Group is recruiting field-based life insurance sales representatives in your local area. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-only earnings and no base salary.

First-year earnings are estimated at $80,000–$120,000+ for full-time representatives who follow training and meet production benchmarks. The work mix is approximately 70% in the field and 30% remote, with training and licensing support provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess insurance needs.
• Explain available life insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Complete applications accurately and ensure carrier compliance.
• Maintain an organized schedule and consistent weekly activity.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability.
