Job summary

Alchemy Financial Group offers a field-based life insurance sales opportunity in your local area. This independent contractor (1099) role is commission-only with no base salary, and company-estimated first-year earnings of $80,000-$120,000+ for full-time representatives who meet benchmarks.

The work is about 70% in the field and 30% remote, with training, coaching, and leads provided during the initial months; licensing costs and requirements are explained before onboarding.

Qualifications

• A state insurance license is required.
• Coachable and self-motivated with strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Experience in insurance sales is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs.
• Explain available life insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Complete applications accurately and follow carrier compliance requirements.
• Maintain an organized schedule and consistent weekly activity.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability.
