Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide and support participant assessment, training, coaching, and job readiness services.
• Supervise and/or provide direct employment services to program participants.
• Experience working with persons with disabilities/disadvantages preferred.
• Must pass background check, have flexible schedule, reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of personal auto insurance.
• Assist with screening of referrals for appropriate program options.
• Maintain good relationships with participants, referral agencies, and team members.
• Ensure paperwork and related activities are current and accurate.
• Provide hands-on training and on-site support at various work locations.
• Collect data for reporting, including work behaviors and productivity.
• Assist with orientation of new referrals and development of intake/service plans.
