Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to document progress through detailed notes.
• Willingness to travel to job sites for on-site coaching.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of about 10-15 clients, primarily at job sites.
• Teach and support new workers using demonstration and modeling.
• Provide training to workers with disabilities for job success.
• Assist with travel from home to job sites when needed.
• Write detailed service notes after sessions to monitor progress.
