Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in McPherson, KS is seeking an Inventory Specialist to handle receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counts in the storeroom. You will interface with clients, track inventory, and ensure accuracy using ERP systems.

The role involves on-site labor in logistics with a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (6:00am–6:00pm) and training initially Mon-Fri 8:00–5:00. Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all site Safety and Security Procedures; perform tasks safely and report unsafe conditions.
• Provide professional level of customer service to internal and external customers; report concerns to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and SOPs.
• Enter receiving and inventory information into ERP systems; create new parts as needed.
• Issue materials to clients; pull, stage and kit materials.
• Store received material in correct locations; tagging, repacking and delivery as needed.
• Process returns for unused material per SOPs.
• Prepare material for return to vendor and for repair per SOPs.
• Perform cycle counts and report stock discrepancies to Manager and Buyer.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by count and location; update barcodes and relocations in ERP.
• Verify on-hand quantities to identify reorder needs.
• Keep storeroom clean and organized; perform regular maintenance.
• Support corporate initiatives and assist with special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
