Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking self‑motivated professionals for a rewarding outside sales career. You will build a portfolio by meeting clients in the community, presenting insurance options, and growing earnings through referrals and networking.

Licensed agents will meet with customers, document interactions, and use CRM tools to tailor auto, home, life and small commercial coverage. Training and support are provided to succeed in a field-based role.

Responsabilidades

• Sell auto, home, life, small commercial auto, and related insurance products using a consultative approach.

• Identify prospective customers using established lead methodologies and relationship-driven outreach.
• Document customer interactions accurately while handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Use sales technology and multi-carrier platforms to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance incentives to improve sales results.
