Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions is seeking a Safety Specialist for Midland, TX, to partner with the Safety Manager and field crews. This hands-on role focuses on reducing injuries, incidents, and environmental releases through assessments, investigations, training, and documentation.

You will manage workers’ compensation cases, verify corrective actions, and ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and DOT. Occasional travel to regional sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in occupational health and safety in high-hazard environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, and DOT reporting and recordkeeping.
• Experience delivering safety training to field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety assessments at regional sites and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Deliver training and field coaching to crews and supervisors.
• Maintain documentation for workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Engage with operations, customers, and vendors on safety requirements.
