The role emphasizes visible field leadership, workforce engagement, and ongoing improvement of safety performance across mid-to large-scale projects on site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years of progressive HSE experience on EPC/construction projects.
- Strong understanding of HSE systems, risk assessment, and incident investigations.
Responsibilities
- Lead field-based Health, Safety, and Environmental activities for project construction execution.
- Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans, procedures, and programs.
- Serve as primary HSE advisor to Project Managers and site leadership.
- Promote hazard recognition and risk reduction with field teams.
- Coach and mentor field personnel to foster a positive safety culture.
