Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least three years of housing-related social services experience.
• Valid CA driver’s license and current auto insurance per contract requirements.

• Cultural competency understanding required.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housing opportunities to meet short-term, transitional, and permanent housing needs.
• Manage lease agreements for client housing and ensure rent calculations are accurate.
• Prepare subsidy applications and maintain client housing files.
• Assist in monthly tenant rent collection and transport clients to housing locations.
• Maintain confidentiality of client care and participate in program meetings.
