Job summary

Diligent Robotics is seeking a Client Success Manager to own health, performance, and growth of hospital partner fleets of Moxi robots. You'll lead executive check-ins, translate utilization data into value, and drive initiatives to improve site performance across a territory.

You'll manage multiple hospitals with 75% travel, build strong C-suite relationships, run quarterly business reviews, and partner with operations, engineering, product, and growth to expand adoption.
