Job summary

Guardian Angel Home Care Inc. is seeking a dynamic Home Health Care Marketer/Liaison to drive referrals face-to-face in the Columbus market. This field-based sales role requires visiting hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to educate staff and secure patient referrals.

You will build relationships daily, manage a territory, and partner with clinical teams to ensure smooth admissions, with uncapped earning potential through a strong bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales, home health, hospice, or SNF/ALF outreach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Visit referral sources such as hospitals and physician offices.
• Introduce or maintain relationships with staff and physicians.
• Follow up on patients and referrals to drive admissions.
• Educate staff on services as a Medicare-certified home health agency.
• Execute a structured daily and weekly territory plan.
• Track activity and referrals in a CRM system.
