Job summary

TruHeart Hospice in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Field Staff Registered Nurse to provide prescribed nursing care in the home setting according to the Plan of Care, evaluating patient needs and coordinating services. You will perform assessments, develop and implement a written Plan of Care, educate patients and families, maintain HIPAA confidentiality, and comply with state practice acts.

A valid Oklahoma RN license and CPR are required; candidates must drive within a 50-mile radius of the TruHeart

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN).
• One or more years of home health or hospital experience.
• Competency assessments must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the patient home per Plan of Care.
• Conduct physical assessments and monitor patient condition.
• Educate patients and family on care plans and medications.
• Document interventions and ensure HIPAA compliance.
