Job summary

Geode Health is seeking a Field Service Representative to expand our referral footprint by building trusted partnerships with PCPs, pediatricians, OB/GYNs, and other clinicians. This role focuses on consultative education, simplifying referral workflows, and driving qualified patient referrals to clinics across the territory.

You will own a defined territory, execute a disciplined call cadence, and partner with clinic teams to ensure a smooth referral-to-appointment experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare field or referral development or field-based B2B roles
• Ability to build relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (including overnight/out-of-state)
• Experience in behavioral health, CNS, home health, or related areas preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain referral relationships with PCPs, pediatricians, OB/GYNs, internal medicine practices, and practice managers
• Educate physicians and staff on referral pathways, care model, and when to refer
• Serve as field liaison representing clinical value, access model, and outcomes
• Own and manage a defined territory using an account strategy
• Execute a disciplined call cadence with clear visit objectives
• Plan pre-call research and profiling of decision-makers and workflows
• Navigate gatekeepers to access decision-makers
• Simplify referral processes and improve scheduling
• Introduce referral tools and materials for seamless handoffs
• Coordinate with intake, operations, and clinics for a smooth referral-to-appointment flow
• Document field activity and referrals in CRM
• Track conversion from referral to appointment to treatment start
• Use data to prioritize accounts and improve performance
• Conduct in-office education sessions and staff meetings
• Represent Geode Health professionally at events and touchpoints
