Job summary

Clearway is seeking a Business Development Specialist I to drive services to referral sources within a defined territory. You will travel to local provider offices to distribute brand messaging, promote benefits, and convey services offered by the company.

You will build relationships with physicians and staff, meet referral goals, and collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies and materials. A Bachelor's degree and two years of sales/marketing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with two years' sales/marketing experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Internet and MS Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with doctors, clinical staff and the public.
• Must be able to work individually and in a team, with a flexible schedule.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Healthcare field knowledge and medical terminology familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and engages with current and potential referral sources within the assigned territory.
• Meets or exceeds referral goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Develops and presents reports, as directed.
• Represents the company at trade shows and exhibitions as needed.
• Drives marketing messaging and branding to providers and office staff.
