Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Foxborough, MA is seeking a high-performing Community Outreach Liaison to generate leads and build relationships with families and local organizations. You will engage with pediatricians, school counselors, therapists, and other referrals, driving growth and reducing wait times for autism diagnosis and ABA therapy.

The role requires field visits, flexible hours for events, and close collaboration with Admissions and Sales Ops to optimize the referral funnel.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of field sales, outreach, or business development experience.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and meet performance expectations.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation & prospecting with referral sources and healthcare partners.
• Maintain Salesforce records and manage pipeline visibility and follow-ups.
• Execute territory development plans and analyze referral patterns for targeting.
• Plan and execute events to generate leads and awareness; attend community/education events.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Admissions for aligned messaging and handoffs.
