Job summary

LTE Care Plus Inc. is seeking a driven Community Liaison / Business Development Representative to join our team in a field-based role centered on growth.

You will build referral relationships and partnerships that impact the families we serve, with prior pediatric healthcare connections considered a strong plus. Join us in engaging communities across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester, representing LTE Care Plus at events, and expanding our outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to build and maintain referral relationships in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
• Familiarity with Medicaid-funded services, ABA therapy, or developmental disability services strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships with pediatric practices, schools, or early intervention programs in the NYC metro area are a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated; comfortable managing a field-based schedule independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships with pediatricians, PCPs, schools, early intervention coordinators, and regional centers.
• Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and outreach events across your assigned territory.
• Represent LTE Care Plus at health fairs, school meetings, community events, and professional networking functions.
• Develop and execute territory-specific outreach plans for NYC, Long Island, and Westchester.
• Identify and pursue formal referral agreements and MOUs with school districts, pediatric practices, hospital systems, and community organizations.
• Track and report on contract pipeline status to executive leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity and referral contacts in CRM.
• Submit weekly activity and referral conversion reports.
• Partner with intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth handoff from referral to enrollment.
• Distribute marketing materials in the field and identify gaps in market presence.
