CareBuilders at Home – Triad NC is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to grow our presence across the North Carolina Triad. This field-based role focuses on developing referral relationships and generating patients across non-medical home care, home health and hospice services.

The candidate will build a strategic territory plan, manage a robust CRM, and work with hospitals, SNFs, physicians and elder-care networks to drive sustainable admissions and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare sales/business development experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and generate admissions.
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan for Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point and surrounding communities.
• Build productive relationships with hospitals, physician practices, SNFs, assisted living, hospice and other referral sources.
• Maintain an active CRM with referrals, opportunities and follow-ups to ensure monthly growth.
• Meet or exceed growth objectives and convert referrals into admissions and revenue.
• Spend 70–80% of time in field developing market and relationships.
