Job summary

CareBuilders At Home, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Executive to grow our NC Triad presence across Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point and nearby areas. The role focuses on developing referral relationships and generating admissions in non-medical home care, home health and hospice services.

You will build and manage a territory, create new referrals, and convert them into sustainable admissions and revenue while maintaining a strong CRM and metrics-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years healthcare sales/business development experience.
• Experience in home care, home health, hospice, or post-acute healthcare services.
• Existing relationships in the Triad healthcare market.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed growth or sales targets.
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral development and relationship selling.
• Ability to build relationships with frontline referral partners and executives.
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with CRM and pipeline management.
• Self-directed and KPI-driven.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Triad.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan for Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point and surrounding communities.
• Identify and penetrate high-value referral opportunities within the territory.
• Build a balanced referral portfolio and generate referrals converting to admissions.
• Maintain an active pipeline and CRM documentation of activity and opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual growth objectives.
• Travel extensively to meet with referral sources and present the program.
