Job summary

Liquidity Services is seeking a Client Success Specialist II to serve government clients, inventorying, photographing and uploading surplus government assets via GovDeals. In this field- and remote-based role, you will support a portfolio of accounts, travel to client sites, drive utilization, and coordinate with sales to protect relationships and expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; business/public administration, sales or customer service background is a plus.
• 1+ years in field-based, operational or customer service roles preferred.
• Experience with government or public-sector clients is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the secondary contact for government clients, delivering ongoing support and strategic guidance.
• Provide onsite asset processing and ensure high-quality asset presentation for GovDeals.
• Drive client utilization and revenue through outreach and consultative recommendations.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Representatives to defend and expand accounts.
• Travel to client sites for asset cataloging, descriptions, and photography.
