Job summary

Liquidity Services, Inc. seeks a Customer Success Specialist II- South MI to support government clients across MI, with remote work and extensive field travel for asset processing, cataloging, and photography.

You will work closely with sales and client service teams to maximize asset value and client satisfaction. This role involves in-field attendance, on-site processing, and ongoing client guidance to expand utilization and retention, while traveling within the assigned territory to serve

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; related study a plus.
• 1+ years in field-based, operational, customer service, or support roles.
• Experience with government or public-sector clients is a plus.
• Frequent travel and onsite work experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the secondary contact for government/public-sector clients to ensure retention.
• Provide asset processing onsite to ensure client confidence in GovDeals platform.
• Drive client utilization and revenue through outreach and consultative recommendations.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Representatives to support new client acquisition and defend accounts.
• Deliver hands-on support including asset cataloging, descriptions, and photography in various environments.
• Monitor auction listings for quality, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
• Identify inactive accounts and partner with leadership to re-engage them.
• Present to prospective clients, articulating platform value and benefits.
• Act as a professional ambassador with integrity and responsiveness.
