Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of two years mechanic experience with fleet maintenance.
• Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and repair best practices.
• Valid driver’s license; background and drug screening required.
• ASE certification and hydraulic equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles across locations.
• Inspect, diagnose, clean, lubricate, and service equipment; identify concerns.
• Maintain maintenance records, work logs, inspections, and inventories.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to schedule maintenance.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with parts ordering.
• Promote safe work practices and regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on preventive maintenance to improve reliability.
