Job summary

GoNetspeed is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Door-to-Door) to promote fiber internet in local neighborhoods. You’ll be field-based, meeting customers face-to-face, selling fiber internet, home phone, and streaming TV, and knocking on 50+ doors daily to understand needs and propose the best plan.

You’ll join a team that offers uncapped commissions, a $5,000 signing bonus, paid training, mileage allowance, 401(k) with match, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule.
• Availability 10 AM–7 PM, 40 hours/week.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle; ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door outreach to meet customers.
• Sell Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV.
• Knock on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right plan.
• Stay current on product offerings and competitors.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and maximize commission.
• Participate in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed.
