Job summary

Chloeta is seeking a Family Wellness Specialist to conduct in-person wellness visits with sponsors and formerly Unaccompanied Alien Children (F/UAC). You will verify safety, living arrangements, and school enrollment while documenting observations and reporting findings in accordance with federal requirements.

This field-based role requires extensive local travel, strong communication, and discretion with confidential information. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years in case management or related interviewing roles.
• US citizenship and ability to pass federal background checks.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with government contracts preferred.
• Knowledge of child welfare or human services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person wellness visits with F/UAC and sponsors to verify safety and living arrangements.
• Document observations and report safety concerns.
• Immediately report abuse, neglect, or trafficking per protocols.
• Verify identities and relationships of household members.
• Confirm school enrollment for school-aged F/UAC.
• Educate sponsors on release conditions and reporting requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional judgment.
• Travel as required and work independently in the field.
