Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must own an operational private vehicle for daily work, with proof of registration and insurance.
• 1+ year of paraprofessional experience in child protection or social work.
• An associate or bachelor's degree may substitute for the 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide transportation for families to appointments.
• Maintain and update client files and vehicle logs; assist in records retrieval.
• Input case information into FSFN; monitor for new reports and organize files.
• Assist clients in identifying benefits and social services and help with forms.
• Support investigators by maintaining caseloads of families receiving services.
• Provide general clerical support and perform outreach and communications as needed.
