Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English to understand manuals and procedures.
• Familiarity with OSHA, NEC and NFC codes and regulations.
• CFC training and certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility systems including HVAC and plumbing.
• Conduct site inspections and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
