Qualifications

• 2-3 years of job-related experience or relevant certification/trade experience.
• Engineering and trade licenses required as per local, state, or national requirements.
• Developing familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems.
• Address service requests, including hot/cold calls and plumbing issues.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate issues as needed.
