Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a District Manager to develop store leaders and drive performance across Little Rock and Maumelle market. You will coach managers, analyze store results, and implement improvements in sales, labor, profitability, and customer service.

The role requires regular field presence and collaboration with senior operations leadership. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in operations leadership, strong P&L knowledge, and a willingness to travel to stores across the market, including

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop managers across multiple locations.
• Strong P&L, labor management, and business performance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set clear operating and performance expectations for Store Managers.
• Review district and store-level P&L results, sales trends, labor costs, and staffing needs.
• Conduct frequent store visits to coach managers and resolve operating challenges.
• Build manager capability through recruiting, development, feedback, and accountability.
• Improve customer experience while maintaining safety, inventory, and operating standards.
• Partner with senior leadership and support teams to address performance and people priorities.
