Job summary

Lendbuzz in San Jose, CA is seeking a results-driven Dealership Account Manager to join our field sales team. The role involves visiting dealerships daily, expanding our network, and building trusted partnerships across the region in auto finance.

The position requires a minimum of two years in account management or sales, a six-day work week, a valid driver's license, and bilingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese are a plus. Base salary starts at $80,000 with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in account management, sales, or business development in automotive lending/finance.
• At least 2 years in your most recent role.
• Hands-on auto finance or dealership account management experience.
• Willingness to six-day work week with daily in-person visits to dealership partners.
• Strong communicator and negotiator with a track record of results.
• Analytical mindset to spot market opportunities and pivot strategies.
• Proactive problem-solver in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Willing to work independently and remotely if needed.
• Must reside in the territory assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.

• Dealer support and relationship management: deliver exceptional support to existing dealer partners, ensuring satisfaction and success.
